ABOUT US

The main building is a canvas-covered open space 120′ wide by 240′ long, fully matted in 1/2-inch rolled rubber. Our agility area also has a turf surface on top of the rolled rubber mat.

We offer a wide range of dog training classes from puppy socialization and pet manners, Canine Good Citizen and Therapy Dog training and certification; on up to top competition level classes in Agility, Obedience, Rally Obedience, Conformation, K9 Nosework, Barn Hunt, and more.

Our class sizes are kept very small, generally limited to 8 students, often with two instructors. This ensures lots of one-on-one attention. You will not get lost in the crowd at CCSC.

We welcome all students, whether or not they ever want to show a dog in any sport, but for those who do choose to enter the fun and exciting world of dog sport, be assured that you are learning from experienced instructors who actively show and title their dogs in the sport they are teaching.

Columbia Canine Sports Center is a member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers and we are pleased to have Certified Professional Dog Trainers (CPDT), AKC Certified Canine Good Citizen®™ Evaluators, Therapy Dog International®™ Evaluators and several AKC judges as educators. These accredited professionals oversee the curriculum to ensure that the most progressive, positive, effective and humane training methods are utilized in our Canine Education Programs. All CCSC instructors are successfully competing with their dogs in a variety of dog sports, including the discipline they teach at CCSC.

In addition to classes, we offer building memberships which allow 24/7 access for practice and training, as well as facility rental for events.

For more information, see the menu at the top of the page. Upcoming events are listed at right.
